When many people think about Nissan it is quite possible they won't even know of or even heard of the Nissan Skyline. The Skyline has for the last few years been the subject of perhaps more conversation though, with prices falling on the newer Skyline models. One thing is for sure, the Nissan Skyline does not fail to entertain and will still cause those oncoming drivers and pedestrians to look in amazement.

In the Japanese performance car industry the Nissan Skyline GTR Has for a long time now been a name associated with power and great looks. In 1989 the Nissan Skyline R32 was introduced and was followed in 1995 by the Nissan Skyline R33 and then to the most recent model the Nissan Skyline R34 in 1999. Since that first introdction of the R32 Skyline the car has been perfected in many ways to create possibly the best skyline so far, the R34 GTR.

It's actually difficult to think of a car for the same price which puts a smile on your face quite like the Skyline. The Skyline R34 GTR is a great example of that value. The R34 GTR comes as standard with a modest 327BHP, (Don't beleive the 300Bhp figure which many people quote) With enough gadgets to keep even the biggest gadget freaks happy and the handling of a racing car, £50k seems quite a bargain. Now although Nissan have stopped making the Skyline R34 GTR you can still pickup a low mileage example for around £35k! just a word of warning though, if your not serious about buying one then don't test drive!...in fact that goes for any of the models, once you drive, you will be hooked. Also if your a young or convicted driver then check insurance quotes first, the GTR's, especially the R34's are in the "Very high risk" category and insurance may in itself need a separate loan!

Following the success of the Nissan Skyline over the years the attention has now also turned to the expected Nissan Skyline R35, for which there is currently not much detail. We will update information on the R35 as we get it.
